A new Steam client beta update has rolled out, bringing with it a new feature to help keep better track of all the downloadable content you own for any specific game.

steam keeps updating-58

This is one of the first changes to the library view in a while and Valve likely has more planned to launch eventually.

If you want to activate the Steam beta update you’ll need to go in to your account settings and change your beta participation setting, then restart the client for the update. Kit Guru Says: Steam client updates happen all the time but they usually only contain changes behind the scenes.

What do you guys think of the DLC box in the library?

Are there any other changes you’d like to see Valve make to Steam?

The official Steam app for mobile Windows devices provides authentication, trade, and community features to secure and enhance your Steam experience. UPDATE: After the update to new version, old budes are not fixed, and now the market listing confirmation is bugged too - whenever I try to open an item to confirm that I want to sell it on the market, app switched to the steam guard page, so I'm unable to trade. Perfect app Does everything it advertises and is very fast and accessible After newest update it crashed at start up but a simple reinstallation fixes it Some problems/features I wish they had: - activity feed doesn't display pictures, you must click the link to go to the online activity feed to view - Would be nice if it would show a notification/sound when someone messages you in chat The app works really well.

You'll be able to: - Ensure the security of your account with Steam Guard multifactor authentication; - Send and confirm trades with friends; - Sell your in-game items in the Steam Community Market straight from your Inventory; - Browse the Steam storefront and keep up with the latest games, promotions, and sales; - Remotely download and install your games straight to your PC at home. The only issue is the remote download part needs to be improved, since I cannot resume or manage game downloads installed on my pc.

I love the dark theme especially in high contrast mode! Every few hours when I open the app I need to login again, not sure if that's the security feature, but I would like the app stays logged in all the time.

Remote install doesn't work, it asks me to download Steam app on desktop, and takes me to the Windows Store to do that!?!

Edit: 9/2/16 update makes app crash after attempting to launch App force closes sometimes, for example when I need to scroll in the date verification drop down menu.

Being able to also change the auto-update schedule would certainly be great as well.

9/2/16 - The latest update to this app made it much better to use and easier to navigate.
